Credit-Based Service Model
Fastjrsy operates on a credit-based system. When you purchase a plan or credits, you receive a certain number of credits that can be used across our AI services. Credits are consumed each time you use a service feature (e.g., generating an image or design).
Refund Eligibility
Eligible Scenarios
You may be eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 10 days of the original purchase date.
- Your account still has unused credits from the purchase in question.
- You provide a clear and reasonable explanation for your refund request.
Refund Calculation
- Full Refund: If no credits from the purchase have been used, a full refund will be issued.
- Partial Refund: If some credits have been used, the refund will be calculated proportionally:
- Refund Amount = Original Purchase Price × (Remaining Credits ÷ Total Credits Purchased)
- No Refund: If all credits from the purchase have been consumed, no refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- The refund request is made after the 10-day refund period has expired.
- All purchased credits have been fully consumed.
- The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- There is evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund process.
- A chargeback has already been initiated through your payment provider.
- Credits were obtained through promotional offers, bonuses, or free trials.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at contact@fastjrsy.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the following information:
- Your account email address
- Transaction ID or receipt number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Once a refund is approved, the corresponding credits will be immediately deducted from your account.
Credits for Failed or Errored Tasks
If a service task fails due to a system error (not caused by invalid input from the user), the credits consumed for that task will be automatically refunded to your account. No action is required on your part.
